To perform it, you lie down on a yoga mat, close the eyes and take deep breaths with complete focus on the jaw. Jaw is clenched tightly for a few seconds before release. Next, the tongue is pressed hard on the roof of the mouth for a few seconds before it is released and relaxed completely. Lastly, the lips are pressed together for few seconds before release and relax. The entire set can be practiced four to five times.
